Pricing and Enrollment
We offer two types of enrollment options!
Drop-In Enrollment
Drop-In Enrollment is a great option for families who want to register for lessons, but may not have a consistent weekly availability and need more flexibility! Drop-In openings will be listed on our parent portal so that you can pick a time/day that works best for you and your schedule. Drop-In pricing is not eligible for the 10% tuition discount and payment must be received in advance to reserve the lesson spot. Cancellations under 24hrs and no shows are NOT eligible for a refund or make-up. Drop-In lessons are not currently available for new families. We will hopefully be reopening drop-in lesson spots on the website and via our Parent Portal this fall!
Continuous Enrollment
Continuous Enrollment is a great option if you are looking for consistently scheduled lesson day and time with the same instructor! Tuition is billed monthly per class and will be prorated based on your enrollment date. Your swimmer will remain automatically enrolled in the class unless you submit a drop request through our parent portal. If you decide to discontinue lessons, we will ask you to submit a drop request through your JackRabbit account before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. As a plus, with Continuous Enrollment you receive a 10% discounted lesson rate for each lesson! We are currently working our way through our wait-list to enroll students in any open lesson spots at this time! We will hopefully be reopening continuous enrollment lesson spots on the website and via our Parent Portal this fall!

FAQ
How can I contact you?
For any questions, please send an email to oconeeflippers@gmail.com or contact us through the JackRabbit parent portal.
Do you offer make-up classes?
If your child is sick we do offer makeup classes. If your child will miss class, please submit an absence through the JackRabbit parent portal.
What should we bring to class?
Bring a towel and a pair of goggles for your child.
Can my swimmer wear goggles?
For kids ages 2 and above we recommend they bring goggles to class! We also have children practice swimming without goggles so they do not become too reliant.
Can I request a specific instructor?
With our online scheduling system, you can request an instructor based on availability.
Can I watch the swim lesson?
We have plenty of chairs for parents to watch the class! For some younger children, we recommend the parents leave the room so the children are not distracted.
Can we come early or stay late after lessons to practice?
If you would like to come to the pool and practice we recommend getting a pool membership. Information on pool memberships can be found at https://www.oconeeaquatics.com/memberships
What happens if weather causes classes to be canceled?
If classes are to be canceled, customers will receive an email with options to either receive a lesson credit or schedule a makeup class. We have 2 indoor pools so outdoor classes will be moved inside in case of rain.
How long will it take for my swimmer to learn?
Our lessons are for fast-progression learning. If your child is comfortable putting their face in the water they can learn to swim in just a few sessions! If your child is more fearful of putting their eyes in this will take extra practice and encouragement!
